The prepaid gift card is redeemable for Woodwind & Brasswind merchandise online, on a phone order or in our store. To use online in the Woodwind & Brasswind store, simply present the card to any salesperson at time of purchase.
Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.There is no expiration date and no fees.
Gift cards ship separately via USPS, free of charge within 48 hours of order approval.
