Walk Away the Pounds is a series of walking exercises. These are all-cardio workouts that include walking to varying speeds and tempos. Leslie Sansone drives you through the video with five complete cycles which start slow then proceed up to faster cycles. These are low impact walking projects then are alternated with higher-impact, higher-speed bursts.
